Our Nordic House 2 lives in one of the loveliest neighbourhoods in Villa La Angostura: Las Balsas, quiet and residential, surrounded by radals, myrtles and cypresses that in summer are adorned with lupins and wild roses. An environment that is already a destination before entering the house.

Only 2 km from the centre of Villa La Angostura and 4 km from the access to Cerro Bayo, and with a wide sandy beach on Kraft Bay just steps from the neighbourhood, the location combines nature, tranquillity and access to everything without having to choose.

Built on a single storey, the layout is practical and functional from the door: a spacious living-dining room with integrated kitchen where high ceilings and large windows overlooking the forest are the main features, true to the Nordic-inspired design that makes this house so unique. The living room has a wood-burning stove, TV and two-seater armchair; the kitchen features storage spaces and an equipped laundry room, quality appliances and dishwasher.

The main bedroom has a king bed and a spacious wardrobe; the second bedroom has two single beds—both convertible to a double bed according to the group's preference—. The two bedrooms share a full bathroom with a wardrobe.

On the outside, the gallery with deck and barbecue is the ideal setting for sunny afternoons, and the covered parking completes the details that make each stay more comfortable.

The sandy beach on Kraft Bay is minutes away: perfect for a picnic by the lake, an afternoon of kayaking or simply sitting to contemplate the lake and the hills.
