- How can I make a reservation?
You can make a reservation directly in our web page, call us in an office time by phone call (+54)9 294 4651070 or by e-mail email@example.com.
- What is included to the price?
The rate is always published if you have filled right dates and right guest quantity.
The rent includes bed linen, towels, WIFI internet connection, satellite and Cable TV, cooking tools and cleaning service at the end of the stay.
- Which are extra services?
If you want a house cleaning or a bed linen and towels change, you can choose at the last step of the reservation, where the price is showed.
- When I must pay?
At the moment you make a booking, you pay for a percentage of the total price as a deposit and when you make the check-in you pay the rest of the balance.
Means of payment are: wire transfer, credit or debit card, through Mercado Pago or cash.
- Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, but a percentage is held.
- Check-in / Check-out.
- What time may I get in? What time may I stay?
The house/apartment will be available from 3 pm. Check-out is until 10 am. If you need to get in earlier or leave later, we can make it possible to arrange it (subject to availability and the cleaning team will confirm the day before)
- How is the apartment/house delivery arrangement?
Our host will contact you the check-in’s day before by a phone call or Whatsapp to coordinate the details of arriving: Google maps location, geographical indications, entrance’ photos to recognize the house, WIFI password and personal access code in case of electronic locks.
- What happened if I lose the keys or leave them inside the house?
Please, contact the host, they will try to solve it as soon as is possible. Call to a key maker if it’s necessary, we will arrange an appointment but it will be as an extra charge for you.
- Has the house a daily cleaning service?
We don’t offer a daily cleaning service, but you can hire a fast cleaning as an extra charge. The fast cleaning services prices are showed every property.
- Are the towels and sheets change during the stay?
No. the accommodation hire incudes bed linen and towels. In case you want to change them in a moment of the staying, it could be coordinate as an extra cost. It is an option meanwhile you are making the booking.
- What happened if there is burgle in the house
The company is not responsible for lost staff inside the apartments/houses. We suggest to the guests not leaving things of value or money out of the safe deposit box.
- Can I stay with my pet?
Only some of our inn pets are allowed. Leak the option “pet allowed” (admite animales) to know which house is available. It has an extra cost: $300 (Argentinian money) per pet, per day. It is an option when you make the reservation.
