Our Nordic House 2 lives in one of the loveliest neighbourhoods in Villa La Angostura: Las Balsas, quiet and residential, surrounded by radals, myrtles and cypresses that in summer are adorned with lupins and wild roses. An environment that is already a destination before entering the house.
Only 2 km from the centre of Villa La Angostura and 4 km from the access to Cerro Bayo, and with a wide sandy beach on Kraft Bay just steps from the neighbourhood, the location combines nature, tranquillity and access to everything without having to choose.
Built on a single storey, the layout is practical and functional from the door: a spacious living-dining room with integrated kitchen where high ceilings and large windows overlooking the forest are the main features, true to the Nordic-inspired design that makes this house so unique. The living room has a wood-burning stove, TV and two-seater armchair; the kitchen features storage spaces and an equipped laundry room, quality appliances and dishwasher.
The main bedroom has a king bed and a spacious wardrobe; the second bedroom has two single beds—both convertible to a double bed according to the group's preference—. The two bedrooms share a full bathroom with a wardrobe.
On the outside, the gallery with deck and barbecue is the ideal setting for sunny afternoons, and the covered parking completes the details that make each stay more comfortable.
The sandy beach on Kraft Bay is minutes away: perfect for a picnic by the lake, an afternoon of kayaking or simply sitting to contemplate the lake and the hills.

La puerta del lavadero no cierra.
Pasa gente por las zonas externas de las cabañas, inclusive a altas horas de la noche.

La casa es hermosa. Súper equipada, con excelente calefacción. La vista es espectacular. A pocas cuadras hay una bellísima playita (Las Balsas).
Queda a pocos minutos, en auto, del centro de VLA. Seguro volvemos!!

No hay nada para mejorar!! Sólo recomendar llevar cadenas, ya que las calles que rodean la casa pueden tener cierto grado de dificultad en caso de que caiga mucha nieve

La puerta del toilette no terminaba de cerrar (puerta hinchada) y las puertas del baño y cuartos hacían ruido, lo que hacían que escucháramos si alguien transitaba por la noche.

Tuvimos calor en la casa. Bajamos el termostato pero igual volvíamos a la casa demasiado caliente (que es mejor que fría, especialmente cuando afuera hay bajas temperaturas) pero me preocupa el gasto energético desperdiciado por esto. Como nos quedamos dos noches no nos comunicamos por esto, asi que no culpamos al alojamiento por no resolverlo, obviamente. De cualquier manera, la volveríamos a elegir!! |

Hermosa la casa, con todas las comodidades y muy cerca de la playa pública (1km aprox de distancia). La ubicación es linda pero esta bastante lejos de todo, para los que se movilizan en vehículos esta muy bien.

La tranquilidad que se disfruta y lo linda que es la casa casi que no te dan ganas de salir, con un servicio de wifi excelente, sería una gran opción para los que pueden hacer home office. Nuestra anfitriona Valentina súper atenta y amable, nos dejó ingresar una hora antes y nos asistió en todo momento con nuestras consultas. Definitivamente volvería sin dudarlo, me encantó. Lo recomiendo 100%. |

Surrounded by beautiful mountain views, Henko offers a perfect refuge for those seeking to disconnect and connect with nature. The wood-burning fireplace makes it an ideal space for rest and tranquillity.
Henko has a maximum capacity for 4 people and is distributed on a single floor. The construction is based on wood and glass, which gives it a modern yet warm touch, in the midst of nature. Accessing by the stairs you will find a spacious deck with garden furniture. Upon entering the property you will find the living dining room with a comfortable armchair, Smart TV and a small wood stove. The space is also shared with the kitchen which is fully equipped with appliances such as a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, electric oven and all the necessary utensils for your stay!
