Located in a privileged environment, Arken is a house in Villa La Angostura immersed in the middle of the forest, with private access to the Bonito River from its garden. Surrounded by nature and designed to make the most of the outdoor views, this property is ideal for those seeking a peaceful and cosy place to enjoy the fresh mountain air.

With 230 m² and capacity for 10 people, this rustic house is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, the cold hall connects to a large living room with a fireplace, a full bathroom with a bathtub and a dining room with an integrated kitchen. The kitchen stands out for its functionality and a cypress table that enhances the unique style of the place. Also on this floor, the master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. All the rooms have access to the deck and the garden.

On the upper floor, you will find four bright rooms: one with two single beds that can be configured as a double, another with a single bed and a trundle bed, a third with two single beds, and a final room with a single bed, a bunk bed and a trundle bed. In addition, this floor has a full bathroom with a shower.

This rental house on the river bank is fully equipped for a comfortable and pleasant stay. It includes a closed barbecue area with a grill, a disc and a cross, ideal for gatherings at any time of the year. It’s a 250 m2 house, for 10 guests, 3 bedrooms and 1 sofa bed in the living room, 3 complete bathrooms, barbecue area with a pool table and foosball. The best are the conditioning swimming pool, the location by the river nest to a path to Nahuel Huapi Lake and daily cleaning service.
The entrance is though a cold hall, in the lower floor is the living room with a wood salamander, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and a TV room with a walking machine with an entrance to the swimming pool.
The main bedroom is in the first floor with an en suit bathroom and a reading room with a 42” smart TV. The other rooms are in the lower floor; one is in front to the other, one of them could be double bed or 2 twin beds, it has a 32” TV led. The other room has 4 twin beds and 1 pull-off bed. There are 2 complete bathrooms and 1 sofa bed in the lower floor too.
The barbecue area’s entrance is inside the house. It has a grill, mini pool table, ping pong and a foosball. There is a deck in the garden with an uncovered grill to enjoy the day in the nature. The house is prepared to enjoy it in a familiar environment, there are games for all age children and all the security measures are OK.
This house is equipped with a 55” curve smart TV in thee playroom, Xbox and kid games. 2 smart TV in bedrooms. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee-maker, electric kettle, toaster, beater, electric oven, laundry room with wash machine. WIFI and 3 covered car park.
The price includes a daily cleaning service from Monday to Saturday make by Monica, the keeper who lives in the property. It is possible to coordinate with her cooking and au pair services for children.
The heating is by a gas central boiler and radiators. The house has an electricity generator in case of power cut to keep the heat inside the house.
This house is located near to Puerto Manzano neighbourhood by Rio Bonito’s riverside. It’s 6 km away from downtown and 2 km away from Cerro Bayo entry. A path to Rio Bonito’s mouth starts in the garden of the house (40 minutes walking aprox.).
This built is in a 1 hectare property which is shared with 2 others houses. It has an electric gates and keepers.
Rio Bonito combines a home warm and a prime location: the river side which it gives the name to the house.
