It’s a 250 m2 house for 8 guests, 3 bedrooms, 2 complete bathrooms and one toilette, spacious, comfortable and bright, it has sauna and a big nature surrounding.
This house has two entries; the main one is with outside steps, through the garden front, straight to cold hall to the main floor where is the dining room with big windows and view to the forest and mountains. The other entry is in the lower floor at the garage, the car park. In the lower level is the inner grill, one double bed, an en suite bathroom with a wardrobe.
Inside upstairs is the main floor, where is the living room with a wood stove, dining room with kitchen, dishwasher and toilette. The main bedroom has a spacious dressing room, en suit bathroom with Scottish shower and dry sauna. In the second floor is the 3rd bedroom with 3 twin beds, 1 pull-off bed and wardrobe.
The entrance is the deck is from the dining room. This is a spacious wooded deck surrounded by trees and a big cypress, which gives the name to the house. Other place to stand out is the barbecue outside place, ideal to enjoy in warm days.
This house is equipped with oven, fridge, coffee-maker, electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven, dishwasher, wash machine, 2 45” TV led, DirecTV, WIF, safe deposit box, hair dryer and some barbecue tools. The heating is by central heating and radiators, there is an electricity generator in case of power cut.
You will feel in the forest just 5 minutes away from downtown comfortably. The house has a native tree park and it’s located 1,5 km away from downtown and 1 km from de pear (Nahuel Huapi Lake coasts at a historical area of Villa La Angostura), where Arrayanes forest’s path starts.

Nosotros llegamos tarde y solo con indicaciones ingresamos a la casa. Confían 100% y esa política no se encuentra en ningún lugar de alquileres. Me quede afuera de la casa por error personal y a los 10 minutos ya estaban solucionando mi problema. Voy a volver , y les deseo lo mejor por qué merecido es poco. Gracias por todo ! |

Revisar los radiadores de la última habitación más arriba ya que los días mas fríos se sintió. Resto excelente! Hasta el desperfecto de luz lo solucionaron rápido!

La casa es comoda, amplia y cuenta con todos los servicios. Pudimos hacer un asado en el quincho, al estilo argentino!. El barrio tranquilo y bien ubicado. Y la hospitalidad del equipo de BOG fue notable!!!!! Muy amables, eficientes y preocupados. Tosee more

La casa es muy linda y cómoda, está en un barrio tranquilo. ideal para ir en familia, cuenta con Todo para pasarlo bien y la comunicación con Romina fue fluida y ella fue muy atenta.

This house is fantastic - it’s huge and really well kept. There was plenty of kitchenware to cook a full meal. The bedding was excellent and, importantly, everything was spotless. We had 4 adults and it could fit a gaggle of kids as well. The groundssee more

We had 4 adults and it could fit a gaggle of kids as well. The grounds are well maintained and there is both an outdoor and indoor bbq. The price is absolutely fair for the location and condition of the house. We would undoubtedly recommend this to others.

Hands down, the best cabin I’ve stayed in a town like this. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. Romina was a great welcoming party to our short but very-much enjoyed stay. The location is just a few minutes away from the Main Street of Villasee more
Hands down, the best cabin I’ve stayed in a town like this. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. Romina was a great welcoming party to our short but very-much enjoyed stay. The location is just a few minutes away from the Main Street of Villa La Angostura. It’s a great place for a group of 7 people. It’s a property with plenty of space to hang out in the living room area, a very well equipped kitchen and very comfortable rooms. Every inch surrounding the cabin is filled with greenery, which is of great appeal if you want to reconnect with nature. Also, the floor to ceiling windows allow the sun to brighten up the entire second story of the cabin, which my wife really enjoyed.

Las anfitrionas nos recibieron con la mejor atención aunque llegamos más tarde de lo previsto. Inmejorable la ubicación, en pleno centro sobre la avenida principal de Villa La Angostura. El departamento muy cómodo y completo, éramos 5 huéspedes y nossee more
