Río Coast: unique connection with the Bonito River and nature

Río Coast, located on the banks of the Bonito River in Villa La Angostura, invites you to enjoy the tranquillity of the forest and an authentic connection with nature. Its private access to the river and proximity to Nahuel Huapi Lake make this house an ideal refuge for families and groups of friends seeking comfort, privacy and a privileged natural setting.
The property has 250 m², capacity for up to 10 people, 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, distributed across two floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a wood-burning stove, dining room and integrated kitchen, as well as two bedrooms with single beds, a third en suite bedroom with a double bed and hot tub, an additional full bathroom and laundry room. This level also features a barbecue area with a drinks cooler, connected to an exterior deck with table, and a TV room with sofa bed, with direct access to the heated swimming pool and garden.
The upper floor houses the master en suite bedroom with bathroom and shower, accompanied by a comfortable reading lounge with Smart TV.
Designed to provide fun and maximum comfort throughout the year, the house features a fully equipped kitchen, multiple entertainment options including a games room with table tennis, pool and foosball, Xbox and Smart TVs, as well as a spacious outdoor area with an enclosed football pitch, deck and barbecue. It also has a heated swimming pool available year-round, Wi-Fi, a generator and security systems with gas and carbon monoxide sensors.
For an even more pleasant stay, the house offers daily cleaning service included, Monday to Saturday from 10 to 1 pm (except Sundays and public holidays), which includes general cleaning of the property and bed making. Bed linen is included, with weekly sheet changes and bathroom towel changes twice a week (does not include pool towels).
External maintenance is also covered, with weekly garden upkeep, permanent park watering and provision of coihue firewood for the stove, available on request. For barbecues, it is recommended to purchase charcoal or hardwood, as coihue firewood does not produce embers.
