On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with a wood-burning stove, dining room and integrated kitchen, as well as two bedrooms with single beds, a third bedroom en-suite with a double bed and jacuzzi, an additional full bathroom and laundry room. At this level, the barbecue area with a drinks fridge also stands out, connected to an exterior deck with a table, and a TV room with sofa bed, with direct access to the heated swimming pool and garden.
The upper floor houses the main bedroom en-suite with bathroom and shower, accompanied by a comfortable reading antechamber with Smart TV.

Designed to provide fun and maximum comfort throughout the year, the house has a fully equipped kitchen, multiple entertainment options such as a games room with ping pong, pool and foosball, Xbox and Smart TVs, as well as a spacious outdoor area with a fenced football pitch, deck and barbecue. For an even more pleasant stay, the house offers daily cleaning service included, from Monday to Saturday from 10 am to 1 pm (except Sundays and holidays), which includes general cleaning of the property and bed making. Bed linen is included, with weekly change of sheets and bathroom towels changed twice a week (pool towels not included).

Exterior care is also considered, with weekly garden maintenance, permanent park irrigation and provision of coihue firewood for the stove, available upon request. For barbecues, it is recommended to acquire charcoal or hardwood, as coihue wood does not create embers.
